Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Critter Vault website and interface (the “Interface”). By connecting a wallet or using the Interface you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

The Interface

The Interface helps you build and submit transactions to the Solana blockchain. Transactions are signed in your own wallet. We never hold your private keys or seed phrase and will never ask for them.

No investment advice

Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Desks are digital collectibles. Past payouts do not indicate future payouts, which depend entirely on revenue the protocol may or may not earn.

Risks

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Check every transaction before you approve it.
• Smart contracts and third-party programs may contain bugs.
• The value of SOL and any token can fall to zero.
• Networks, RPC providers and wallets can fail or be congested.
• Laws affecting digital assets vary by country and change over time.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age where you live and must not use the Interface if doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you, including sanctions laws.

Tokens you launch

You are solely responsible for tokens you create with the launcher, including their names, images, descriptions and how they are marketed. Do not impersonate other projects or infringe anyone’s rights.

Fees

Mint prices and launch fees are shown before you sign. Network fees and account rent are paid to Solana, not to us.

Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue the Interface or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Interface is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of it.
